ABOUT BAYTAILS

I got my start working with dogs through a timely proposal from an old friend to join her dog walking business. This came as I had recently been laid-off from a fifteen-year graphic design position. It blossomed into a new career and my love of animals made me more passionate about improving the lives of dogs and their people.

I believe people can truly be transformed for the better when they have a loving relationship with an animal/pet. This inspired me to deepen my knowledge in the dog industry and attend Karen Pryor’s Academy for dog trainers and E-Training for Dogs and become a dog trainer. In addition, I’m Red Cross trained in Adult/Child and Pet CPR and Pet Safety and a member of the Crissy Field Dog Group. It is a true dream-fulfilled to be working with dogs.

Health is very important to me and when I’m not working with dogs, I can be found doing my second favorite passion – riding my bike.

Patricia is extremely responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Just ask our dog– though they don’t see each other often anymore, he literally jumps for joy if we see Patricia, and greets her like the great friend and dog whisperer she is.
